Southampton Sunday Showcase serenades and swings

Smooth jazz and blues, energetic tapping, contemporary vocals and a Spanish flavour from were offered by artists who took the stage Feb. 23 when

Bruce County Playhouse staged its second 2020 Southampton Sunday Showcase at the Southampton Town Hall.

The talent lineup included The SB Ladies Tappers, Ian Burbidge and Michael Grace, vocals from Christine John and Sabrina Ritchie, and a vocal number ‘«Sin tu no soy nada »’ performed in Spanish by David Udall, accompanied by Bruce VanderKleyn on the guitar.

The Southampton Sunday Showcase beckons on the last Sunday of January, February and March.

The next show is March 29 at 2 p.m. at Southampton Town Hall.

Admission is by donation.
